Firstly , it need to punching on aluminium alloy on the wheel, then install a row of led .when the wheel rotating , the wheel will trun out arc light, which can grow bright forward road , meanwhile , the red light in the back which can remind the car driver .Where is lights bright , where is the bicycle in , it will be easy for car driver to judge the distence . so it is a every safe bicycle.
