1.It is 2 color (warm white and white ) in one led chip

As below are the led cct controller :
It can control the strip color temperature from 2700k to 6500k , or from 6500k down to 2700k .
Because there are 3 wires , one wire refer to white color, one wire refer to warm white , so when you connect both of them , the 2 color will light up at the same time.Of course , if you want it only light up one color is ok , you just need to connected color wire you need is ok .
Such as when camp, we can choose yellow when out side with bugs and white in side for light. is it a good idea?
