Derun good news share with everyone!
Yesterday our production people made a report to our sales department. They finished 30000m production, and we did 30000m 100% aging test one by one, there is no 1 pc defective. It’s very good news for our salespeople.
We will still make an aging test one by one for all our orders even there is not defective.
Some Test Information as below:
1. Before use led chip, we will put them into the oven , to make sure the led chip dry. in this way to reduce the damage rate of led.
2. After solder the SMD led chip on the PCB board, we will test it before put it on the reflow soldering machine.
3. After connecting each 0.5m to 5m per roll, we will test again.
4. We will test it again after soldering the led connector on it.
5. 48 hours of aging time before the shipment.
( This is only for non-waterproof led strip, if they are waterproof, we will add additional 2 test times)
So please don’t worry about the quality of our products 🙂
